When the Ego controls your mind, you are victim of all kinds of external forces that give undesired shape to your attitude and conduct.
If external forces prevail over your internal forces in all you do, the results may satisfy external interest, but not your own interest. There are external forces that may push you up to a called success, but at the same time, pull you down to levels of high frustration and depression.
Sometimes, you may get a wake up call and even make corrections to the course you are taking, but because you are not in charge of your mental power, an undesired comeback is likely to happen.

Advice 1.-CREATE THE ENVIRONMENT
You need to create the conditions and environment for a better life. The difference among those who succeed and those who don't, is the desire of getting a better life and the ability to create the environment for things to happen on their benefit.

If you want to start the process of huge changes, you only need to change little things, every day.
Write on a letter size piece of paper, the following:
A) Thanks to the Creator for all I have and will have.
B) I will accept today, others as they are, but not as I would like them to be.
C) I will accept today, facts as they are but not as I would want them to be.
D) I will do today, every thing in the best way I can, as another step to a better future.
E) I will only focus, on good things that happen and let bad things go.
Advice 2.-OPEN CONSCIENCE TO YOUR SOUL. Accept your mistakes and need of change.
1) Be Thankful, for all you have: Health, family, friends, country, belongings.
2) Have Acceptance for how you are, Who you are and how other people are. Accept facts as they are.
3) Live the Present. Wasting time that can be used in the present, by investing in concerns that belong to the past is building progress backwards.

Prevent. Look forward and figure what you should do for things not to get even worse than they are.
Predict. Look backward for a moment and predict what would it happen if you keep doing things the same way you have been doing.
